ORGANIC FERTILIZATION

In organic cane production areas, we make the organic fertilization with the use of filter cake, a waste of the industrial process coming from the juice filtration. Filter cake is rich in phosphorus, calcium and others micronutrients which ensures a good cane budding. It can be used as an organic compost, where other organic material are added, improving its nutrient concentration. With that practice, we give a destination to a waste and we make a cheaper fertilization compared to the use of chemical fertilizers, besides being more environmentally convenient, since it favors biological activity.
